Rudeus Greyrat
Rudeus is one of the main characters in Mushoku Tensei as he was a shy and obese boy who wasn’t loved by anyone and died while saving someone. In the next moment, he opened his eyes and realized that he was in a body of a child. We might say that this was a gift for him as he sacrificed himself.
In his second life, he is very cautious and tries not to repeat the mistakes he had done earlier. Even as a kid, Rudeus is very polite, caring, and helpful. Everyone around Rudeus loves him and he has become a great inspiration because he is a great magician at such small age and a Swords King.
Eris Greyrat
Eris with the full name Eris Boreas Greyrat, belongs to a noble magician family and got extreme powers in heredity but the only problem with her is the hot temperament. She is always ready to fight without thinking about who is the opponent and how it might end.
Everyone thinks she isn’t capable to handle her skills of magic and was called ‘Mad Dog’ but after she was helped by Rudeus and Ghislaine the things became better as she was now a ‘Sword King’. The only lacking was that her talent needed some guidance which Rudeus gave him as a friend and Glislaine as a mentor.
Sylphiette
Also known as Slyphy, she might be mistaken as a cute little elf boy because of the appearance but Slyphiette is a loving girl who has always been loyal to Rudeus. She has also been a victim of bullying due to her appearance but her knowledge and intelligence made her Water Saint Class Magician. In addition, she also mastered voiceless incantation. However, like all, she also has a weakness that is her fire magic. Sylphy is scared of fire which is why she could never control it.
Paul Greyrat
As he has been one of the strongest characters in the anime and novel, Paul Greyrat is Rudeus’s father in his second life. Along with Rudeus, Paul has two more kids and two wives Zenith Greyrat and Lilia Greyrat.
Moreover, Paul has a muscular body and is quite skilled at the three major sword styles. Watching him fight in Mushoku Tensei has always been a pleasure as he coordinated his moves with all three styles: Sword-God style, Water-God style, and North-God style. Everyone respects Paul but he is mostly interested in ladies.
Badigadi
Badigadi is not a normal being but a demon who has six arms which helps him to fight with even the strongest people. This Demon Lord might look frightening but is very gentle and clear-headed; however, if anyone tries to harm him or people around then no one has the power to hold him back.
Most importantly, Badigadi is immortal and easily heals his injuries within minutes. Furthermore, he has the ability Touki that can save him from many sorts of magic, and the most powerful attack ‘Demon Eyes’ doesn’t work on him as he is immune to it. Badigadi is also the fiancé of Kishirika Kishirisu who is a demon emperor.
Ghislaine Dedoldia
By her looks, she might look like the fiercest being on the planet and with her face that is always the same and unreadable Ghislaine is a completely different person from inside. She has seen many ups and downs in her life due to her illiteracy but she has never let it be her weakness. Ghislaine is a Sword King Class swordswomen and an Elementary ranked Fire Magician, anyone who even thinks to fight her must keep her skills in mind.
In her personal life, Glislaine has been dumped by Paul and never let anybody do that again. Moreover, after being with Eris she learned new means of love and gave her all the attention, and became her mentor.
Zenith Greyrat
As everyone knows, Zenith is the mother of Rudeus and Norn. She had been an adventurer herself and joined Paul’s pack known as the ‘Fangs of the Black Wolf’. She possesses extraordinary skills of healing magic.
Being talented and beautiful was not enough because she was manipulated by Paul and became his wife which always brought her pain. Zenith has also got mind-reading powers when she was kept in the dungeon. Now, she can hear whatever people and even animals think and it gets hard for her to make the difference.
Roxy Migurdia
Roxy is an intelligent lady and people usually think that she is a kid because of her height and physique. Due to her brilliance, she was chosen as a tutor of magic for Rudeus. Roxy has a curious nature and loves to travel. She is a Water King Class Magician and is proficient at Chanting Omission and Rudeus has always been inspired by her.
