Emma
Emma is a cute but brave and intelligent girl who believes that every child in the orphanage is her brother and sister. She is always compelled to help and is quite sincere to all. One amazing thing about her is that she has always been optimistic even in the hardest time when they couldn’t escape the orphanage.
She might look weak from the appearance but her ability of leadership makes her stand out from all. TPN Season 2 showed Emma selfless and isn’t ready to leave anyone behind for sacrifice as she cuts her ear just to make the escape successful and never even complained.
Ray
Although Ray is also good at his academics like Norman while his cunning nature and visions help him to understand the fishy things going around. He was the one who observed the things and joined all to find out the truth. However, he was also an agent of Isabella but played a double game and actually helped his friends.
We also get to know that Ray was Isabella’s son born through artificial insemination. The most shocking thing was that he wasn’t a normal kid as he had memories that belonged to the time when he wasn’t even born. He recalls all the things that happened with him since his birth but just can’t remember them completely.
Norman
Norman is not an ordinary kid but an extremely genius little boy who knows how to handle even the worst situations. Not only is he academically strong but he is also a very calm boy who can do anything for perfection; however, he is physically weak and gets ill very often.
Just like Emma, Norman was also ready to sacrifice his life for other friends and family members as he was calming everyone, holding himself instead of shedding tears and worrying. Moreover, the moments were hard to watch when he was being shifted because he was about to die, but it is believed that he survived.
Don
Don is a dark and tall boy who has a friendly nature. He comes in the list of one of the best students and not only this, but he has an athletic body. Only by looking at him, anyone would know that he isn’t very organized and likes to be a bit messy.
When Don realizes the truth about Grace Field Orphanage, the viewers for the first time saw him in anger because before this he had been a talkative and nice boy. However, the truth changed the life of all and he managed to teach all the escaping skills to his friends before implementing the plan.
Isabella
It is hard to decide whether Isabella’s character possesses negativity or positivity. She is called ‘Mama’ by all the children and is portrayed as a kind and sweet lady who loves all the kids just like their own mother would have but the darkest truth was unknown. Isabella was the one who was assigned to grow kids so they could be fed to demons and monsters.
With her loving nature, Isabella tried her best to pretend nicely and make sure no one runs away. However, when 15 kids escape by tricking her she felt her real emotions and wished them luck so that they survive in this cruel world. Towards the culmination, she was being jailed for her failure.
Krone
Krone is also a caretaker and sister at Grace Field Orphanage who had once been an orphan kid there as well. She was pushed into being a worker at the place or else she would have died at the very moment along with her friends. So, she was left with no choice and trained hard for years. After becoming a part of the orphanage again, she wishes to rule the place by taking the position of Isabella as Mama.
She is quite cunning and with her clever plans she pretends to be nice and caring whereas, she was always fierce and annoyed from inside. Though Krone helped the kids in the escape plan but it was just to take revenge on Isabella.
Nat
Nat with full name ‘Natto’ is a nine-year old-boy who is ready to do anything for freedom and life. He is a transparent boy who doesn’t believe in faking things, if he is outrageous he would express if he is happy everyone would know. Nat is hard working and has some soul connection with music.

Gilda
Gilda might look like a nerd but her skepticism has helped all the kids. She has an introverted nature but her maturity at such young age has been loved by fans.
