The movie Don’t Worry Darling is a psychological thriller that begins with everything appears normal. Alice and Jack are a cute couple who live in a company town named Victory. It seems like the time period is somewhat early to mid-90s. The town has that bright yellow sunshine and breezy nights that we get to sight in the filters of that period. We perceive the old and orthodox era when women didn’t work and men are the breadwinners for the family. Females, clean, cook, and care for the house and children while males are back at night. The cycle goes on like this every single day.

Alice and Jack are a cute and romantic couple, the one who has all eyes over itself. Everything seems fine but, Alice does have some questions in her mind. She often contemplates about her not working and building a career and what does her husband do at work at the Headquarters. One day, Margaret and her son reach near the Headquarters which is strictly forbidden to all. The poor lady loses her son as someone from Victory took him as a punishment for crossing the red line. Margaret begins to tell everyone that something fishing is happening beyond the lines where the Headquarter is located and she is hushed by Frank. He is the one who leads the project of Victory and the Headquarters. Then, one day, Alice watches a plane crashing nearby and rushes to help but as soon as she reaches the line of Headquarters, it was blocked by mirrors and nothing was beyond it. When she next opens her eyes, she was on her bed and nobody saw what she did claiming those were just hallucinations.

Alice, just like Margaret is now doubtful about the reality and deceit of this world's Victory. She is questioning beyond her limits while Jack solaces her with some unapproachable answers like “Don’t Worry Darling!” Watch the movie if you wish to find the difference between truth and betrayal.

Jack is someone with whom we all had a crush at the very beginning of the movie. After all, it’s Harry Styles! Soon, we get closer to reality which revolves around Victory, his job, and boundaries sketched for all. Jack selfishly chose to be a part of the Victory project just because he couldn’t fathom the autonomy of his own wife. He stole Alice’s profession, life, and right to reality. Jack’s composure of a perfect gentleman is stripped off in an insane way and we realize that things aren’t like what seem to be.
