STORY OF MOVIE CHIPS

The Tale of Netflix CHIPS involves cops and cons and finding the difference between good and bad is difficult. The first scene opens with a heist that apparently seems successful but some twist is about to take place. The driver of the getaway vehicle in the heist is actually Agent Castillo who worked in CHP with the name Ponch. Being in the FBI, he had been waiting months for this opportunity. Now, he has taken off his veil and all are shocked to the core without knowing much about what’s going on.

Castillo has been working on this case for a long and the reason behind this amount of energy lies in something very personal. The drug gang which Castillo has been chasing, its leader is his real target. The very man killed one of Castillo’s close friends and colleague and justice are still not done. In the other scenes, another corrupt group of cops is ready to cause more chaos in the city. Raymond Kurtz and his pals have taken over an armored truck and are willing to sell it for a hefty sum of money. We find a close call as the woman in the car is rescued by Kurtz's own son Reed before being crushed in the way.

As the story revolves around cops, there is someone else on the team of CHP as well. Jon Baker is someone who feels left out. He wishes to be a part of the cops but it seems so impossible. Baker has failed in almost every test, even the simplest ones. Sgt. Gail Hernandez overhears the conversation between Baker and his wife Karen. Unfortunately, Baker wants to be worthy and prove to his wife that he can be a dutiful cop. Sgt. Hernandez empathizes and ends up giving a chance to Baker to show the world that he can do it. However, it is only the probation period in which Baker needs to prove that he deserves the position. Baker is given the benefit of being with Ponch (Castillo) and soon they find themselves in a difficult position.

Ponch and Baker begin to investigate the fishy things going on in CHP and they find big names involved. This makes this trio a team and they eventually set up a trap together in order to catch the culprits.

Officer Jonathan “Jon” Baker

Jon is a man who can be seen getting embarrassed in front of all. Hysterically, even handicaps can be seen doing better than him. Distressingly, he is facing tough with his family because soon Karen is planning to leave him. Jon loves her more than anything and is ready to be a responsible cop like many Hollywood heroes. To be honest, Jon works for all of this and even turns out to be a great one. He makes a great effort and even risks his life in order to catch the black sheep in CHP. This man might be stupid and annoying in front of the world but he has the heart of a lion.

People think that you are good for nothing but in actuality, you are a gem. It is just that you need to brush off the rust and you’ll do wonders. Then, people would know your real worth.

Frank “Ponch” Poncherello

Ponch is smart and keen on his work. In many instances, we can see how observant he is. Castillo is an FBI Agent and for the sake of catching the real culprit, he turns into Ponch, the Patrolling Officer. His ideas are great and we must say that the duo managed to catch the culprit that to Ponch’s wit and wisdom. For this FBI Agent, loyalty is most important and his friend was stabbed by someone in the team. The aggression and anger filled in him allows him to strike harder every time. You must have admired him during the scenes just like us.

You don’t have the word “Impossible” in your dictionary. Nothing stops you and the credit for this attribute is wisdom and courage.

Patrol Officer Ava Perez

Perez doesn’t have much screen time but during the action events, she proved her presence. She is hot, capable, and brave. When most of the people in the California Highway Patrol were corrupt, she maintained her demeanor. Her strong stance is something that makes Perez shine as a female character.

Lieutenant Raymond Kurtz

Being in such a high position, Kurtz has no loyalty to his profession and country. It is likely that he would go to every extent for the sake of wealth and he does so. Kurtz is ready to shoot his own colleagues just to make his plan work and he would have been away with it. But, Baker and Ponch come in his way.

When it comes to choosing between wealth and love you pick the first option. The reason is that you no longer believe in humanity. You believe people have to begin to act less with hearts and more with brains.
